FAQ's
Can I get a sample before I order?
We offer a low minimum order threshold so you can order the minimum quantity to receive samples for a larger order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All of our products are custom made, one of a kind, printed items, and this customising process takes longer than just packing a product pulled straight from the shelf. We also review your order at multiple stages of the production process and contact you if we come across a design issue. Some products may need you to approve a design before we proceed to production. This sometimes takes a little longer than the estimated production & delivery timeframes. The delivery timeframes listed are estimates only, not guarantees and do not include delays from our couriers.
Most orders will arrive in 7-14 business days. You can find the estimated delivery timeframes listed for each product on the individual product page.
Some products qualify for free delivery and others require delivery fees. You can add your products to the shopping cart to get a shipping quote.
We unfortunately cannot rush or expedite order production, due to steadfast manufacturing processes but you may be able to pay for express delivery. The shopping cart will display an express option if it’s available for the products in your order.
Do I have to use the same design on all t-shirts?
No. You can add seperate t-shirt designs to the shopping cart and check them out together. You can go to the cart to see any discounts that apply.
Can I mix and match t-shirt sizes and colors?
Yes! Select the t-shirt colour, t-shirt sizes and quantoty for each from the product page.
Can my design be printed in any location?
Select your artwork location on the order page: Front Print Location (any position), Back Print Location (any position).
If using the online designer, position your artwork anywhere you would like it within the bounding box.
If uploading or emailing the artwork to us, it is assumed to be a print that fits in the maximum dimensions of the bounding box, taking t-shirt size into account, unless specified otherwise.
What size is the print area on custom t-shirts?
The size of the print area on our custom t-shirts depends on the t-shirt size and print location. If you have used the Customise feature to upload your artwork, we'll automatically adjust the print size to closely match the proportions shown on the designer page. If you have uploaded or sent us your artwork with any other method we will proof your artwork using the largest print area possible. We can also print to a specific size if requested.
Are your custom t-shirts tagless?
Yes. Our custom t-shirts have a neck label that is printed directly on the fabric, not a sewn-in tag.
What is the minimum/maximum order quantity for t-shirts?
The minimum order size is 1 x T-Shirt. There is no maximum. Discounts are automatically calculated for bulk order sizes. Go to the cart to see the total price calculations.
