Ordering

  • How can I send you my artwork files?

    You can email your files to print@printition.com.au

    You can upload your files from the Order page found under the Orders History list.

        Sign in to your Printition account.

        Hover mouse or tap on the My Account Icon > Orders History 

        All of your orders are displayed in the Orders History list. You can click through to the specific order and upload files. You can add a note to a file upload if you need to pass on any instructions.

  • When will my order arrive?

    The product page will tell you the estimated delivery time for the product you have ordered. The delivery time will vary from product to product.

    You can view your order status 24 hours a day from your Orders History page.

        Sign in to your Printition account.

        All of your orders are displayed here.

  • Where’s my order?

    Once payment for your order is received, we’ll send an order confirmation to the email address associated with your Printition account. Once your order is despatched, you’ll receive an email notification with a tracking number.

  • What if I’m not happy with my purchase?

    If your product is damaged or you have a problem with your order, we want to know and we want to help.

    How To Resolve:

    1. Contact us within 14 days of order reciept to report a product issue

    Explain any problems with your order, such as damages or poor quality and upload photos of the products.

    2. Let us investigate

    Our specialists will review your issue as quickly as possible.

    3. We’ll work with you

    We’ll follow up with options and do whatever we can to rectify.
